The Modern Saloon

The second location of Bounty Hunter, this restaurant builds on the success of the original located in Napa, California. The menu features barbecue and an excellent wine selection, which only sounds unusual until you try it. The space features a large bar and lounge area, wine retail corner, dining hall and a mezzanine for storage.
Playing on a classic western saloon with a modern twist, the design features expansive custom wood installations and bespoke reeded glass detailing. The overhead liqour display is custom as well, with powder coated metal, integral LED lighting and die-pressed copper edge banding.
